By booking a tour, taxi or transfer with Shillong Travels you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings and payment

  • A booking is confirmed once we send written confirmation and the agreed advance is received.
  • The balance is paid as stated in your quote.

2. Prices

  • Prices are shared on request and depend on dates, vehicle and group size.
  • Your quote lists what is included and what is not.

3. Itinerary changes

  • Plans may change because of weather, landslides, road closures or local restrictions. We will suggest the safest alternative.

4. Guest responsibilities

  • Carry valid ID and any permits needed for your route.
  • Follow your driver's safety advice and local rules.

5. Cancellations

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our control, such as natural events, strikes or government orders.
  • Hotels and other third-party services are governed by their own terms.
